I just had Sam out to my home, and I have to say what a wonderful job he did on my tankless water heater. I just installed this tankless unit 2 years ago, and it never really worked well, the contractor who installed the unit said that there was no problem and that was how the unit operates. After various attempts from him, I just decided to live with it, I was getting hot water everywhere but the problem was at my Jacuzzi tub I could only get luke warm water. After a small adjustment to a faulty check valve, my problem was solved. Thank you Sam!!

I just had Ilya at my house and he saved the day!! I had called one of those companies with a 2 page add in the yellow book, and they sent me a young man who couldn’t have been more then 21yrs. Old. He looked and sounded like a car salesman, He recommended installing a new toilet for $1285.00. He insisted that my pink toilet could not be repaired but thanks to Ilya and a couple of small parts needed my toilet is working like new. I don’t believe the young man who came out form the other company had enough experience to fix the problem. It’s always nice to know that there are still companies out there that are legit. After waiting 4 hours for another company, I finally called Mike Stern Plumbing. I actually got a real plumber not a answering service on the phone, I explained that my water has to be shut off due to a bad leak. It was 10:15pm, the plumber said he would be there by 10:45pm. He was actually 5 minutes early. Changed my ruptured washing machine hose and restored my water by 11:10pm, Now that’s what I call service. I will call you guys first next time. Thank You!
